View Full Version : Good experience w/Ingelsina customer service

I just wanted to post to say that, notwithstanding the bad rap that Inglesina's customer service has gotten on this board, I recently had a very pleasant experience. I had lost the padded cover for the napper bar (it comes off so you can fit the car seat onto the stroller) and only had to leave one message on the general customer service line before Chris called me back (w/in a day, I think) and left me his direct line (973-243-0234 x15). When I called back, he actually answered the phone and was able to ship me a new napper bar cover - it took about a week to arrive, but I didn't need it quickly so didn't ask for expedited shipping.

BTW - still love my Zippy after 4 months of moderate to heavy use around the neighborhood and shopping!

Wow, that is refreshing to hear! I still believe they are a truly good company, maybe just going over a rough patch lately.
