Difference between Zooper Zstreet and Cool Zone Zstreet?

What is the difference between the Zooper Zstreet and the Cool Zone Zstreet? Is it just the boot or is there more to it? I live in Oregon so the weather here is pretty mild, not extremely hot or cold so I don't know if the Cool Zone Zstreet would be a bad idea or not. I'm really intersted in this stroller but I can only find the Cool Zone Zstreet online to buy, where can I find the regular Zstreet?

I think the material is different... I am looking at the cool zone as well... but we're in FL so it might be good for us. I don't think you can buy the normal one anywhere, they're discontinued.
