Ideas on a jogging/all terrain stroller

I need help finding a jogging/all terrain stroller. I walk a lot on city side walks and streets and my Zippy just doesn’t ride very smooth. My daughter is four months old and we walk almost everyday. I primarily plan to use the stroller for walks and light jogging. I also occasionally take it on gravel trails. I will never be a serious runner but I would like to make sure the stroller can regularly handle jogging. I am hoping to spend no more than $250. Is there something out there that may work?


Here is what I am looking for:
• five point harness
• adjustable seat
• storage basket
• hand brake
• good sun protection
• child bar/tray
• folds without having to take off wheel (I will mainly leave it in the garage but sometimes need to take it in the car)
• Adjustable handles would be great as my husband is 6’3’’ and I am 5’4’’
