Maclaren double identification and advice needed

I just verbally committed to buy this Mac double (see photos). What is it? The seller says it is from year 2000. I want this for short walks on sidewalks and the upcoming BBB retreat, where I will use it around the National Mall. Any problems with it handling outdoor use? I expect to use it very rarely, like twice a month, and the price is right. The seller is asking only $40 which seems like a steal to me.

For my eagle eyed brethren, the bback bottom left of the stroller is fine, just not fully locked into place in the photo.

That looks like a Maclaren Opus Duo. Pretty good double, especially for $40. Bigger toddlers may not fit well because of how padded the seats are but for the price you are getting, it is worth the risk. HTH!
