Hi Ladies,

I have been looking for the perfect stroller for some time now, and I finally chose the Venezia mainly because of the reversible handle. I found a good sale on 2004 Venezia travel system, but I don't know how different it is from the 2005 MT model...
Does someone have the 2004 model here? Does it worth getting the 2004?

Thanks,
Judy

I bought a 2004 instead of a 2005. I saved a LOT of money because I chose a discontinued fabric (Chesapeake). There are no real differences between the 2004 and 2005, except that the 2005 includes a carseat attachment strap for non-Peg Perego carseats. It is NOT worth ~ $100! You probably can order one from Peg Perego or just use a bungee cord or just set your non-Peg carseat in there if you want. Anyway, I never use it with my carseat. DD detests her Snugride. It is really not more complicated to take the baby out of the carseat and move him/her into the stroller.

My advice - save the $$$ and get a 2004.

Thanks for the advice. This was the last thing I was waiting for my peace of mind. :) I am going to order it right now.

Thanks,
Judy

Hi...I know it's a little late for a comment, but searching the boards, I just saw your post. I have a 2004 venezia, and honestly cannot say enough great things about it. DH, DS and I all love it. We bought it knowing that the 05's were just about to come out, but I couldn't wait...well, DS couldn't wait! The new fabrics looked so nice, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. If you ordered yours, hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
