How do you collapse an InStep jogger?

My friend just lent me her InStep jogger for the summer. She's only used it a few times and doesn't know how to collapse it. Can anyone guide me through it?

I'm so excited to use it this summer!!! Its so light!

I'm not sure if all models are the same, but on mine, there was a pin on one side that you had to remove. Then there were two black latches -- one on either side about mid-way up the sides that you had to lift up. Once these are unlatched, the stroller collapses pretty easily.
