I don't have a picture, but I would have to go with the Quinny Zapp for most eye catching, but for most beautiful I would say a fully outfitted european pram!

Eyecatching- Xplory and e3 (tho e3s are getting more common here in NYC and I bet by the end of the summer they will be on every playground)
Also saw a Micralite (sp?) in the neighborhood recently that I kept staring at.
Beauty is a whole other story but I too lean toward the old fashioned basinette/pram style.
