My son and DIL will be leaving on vacation shortly and purchased some sort of buggy board for the back of their MT Buggy. She said it did not fit since there was not enough room for the 21/2 y/o to stand on. She's a tiny little girl too. I know there has been some dicussion about this but can't seem to remember the brand or type. Can anyone help? Which is the one reccomended for the MT Buggy?

MB would take the KiddieBoard by Lascal. But your MBUS should be the one that has adjustable handle or the one with enough room between the back of the canopy and the handle so your toddler can stand on it.

See pictures here http://www.mountainbuggy.com/aus/urbansingle.html. The older MBs had handles that either was not adjustable and/or just straight across. These don't have enough head-room for the toddler to stand in between the back of the canopy and the front of the handle.

Their Mountain buggy is a 2002 model. I think that she said there wasn't enough room fo GD to stand. Don't know which one she bought. Does that mean that there isn't one that will work?

If you look at the MBUS on the website I included, you see it has a 'curved' handle. The older one has a straight handle which does not give enough headroom for a standing toddler.

I don't have a picture of an older MB handle, except for the one on my 2001 double Terrain http://tinyurl.com/a9pln So just imagine the same straight across handle but on a MBUS. With this type of handle, there is no head-room for a standing toddler. I cannot remember when the curved handle started, but possibly in 2003 and not any earlier.
