I am in the need for a twin stroller with a snack tray. Does the Valco twin have a snack tray for the kids?

No, it doesn't :(

You can get a Babu Tray, or a OSA Tray and hook it to the 'bumper bar' though. (Then you can detach it and clean it off really good too)
