This seems like a silly question, but I'm not sure I'm following the right (or easiest) steps when opening/setting up my P3 from a folded position. I usually pull the levers on the handles to unlatch it, then kind of "shake" it out to open. Then I usually have to push down on each side to get it to actually lock it into place. Am I doing this correctly, or is there an easier way? Thanks!

BTW, I am *loving* my P3 with my 25 month old. I bought it three months ago, and my DS and I totally adore it. It really fits our needs well, and he is soooo comfortable in it... Just in case this helps anybody else out! :) I am totally sad, however. I just scuffed the tray a bit, putting it into the car one day. It was the first "blemish" on the stroller. It's a rough life! LOL!

That's usually how I do it too. If anyone has any other secrets, I'd love to hear it!

The only thing I do differently is the last step. I push down on the front of the seat (where his legs come out) and that usually locks both sides into place. I have an April 2003 baby too! when is Luke's birthday?

The only thing I do differently is the last step. I step on the toddler board on the back and use my arms to push forward on each side separately to lock the poles into place. It usually works well and doesn't require I bend over the stroller.
