Also posted on Swap, but since I asked the question here, I thought I'd let you all know:
I did a search for OverstockBaby.com a few days ago both here and on Swap and could not get any info. Someone even complained about them not returning emails. I did some sleuthing and figured out through Ebay they were located in IL and called 411 for the phone number. Long story short, I broke down and wanted to order the Zoopair after all and thought I missed out. I got David on the phone, who was great to talk to and asked me to assure everyone that he is still in business.
He had a motorcycle accident and broke his elbow (ouch!), then switched internet servers (or other computer problem to that effect) so his website is down and he isn't getting his email. He is working on it and said it should be back up soon. In the meantime, here is his number: 603-778-0180
I don't work for him, I swear...just got really great customer service and I knew people were trying to reach him. Hope that helps!
