Just an FYI. I believe this question was asked awhile back (possibly by me?). FWIW now, I had my first beach run with it today. It wasn't super easy to push on looser sand, but running right down by the tide line was fine. We used it with the front tire in locked mode.
The Rev has 16" rear wheels and a 12" front wheel. All are pretty wide BMX-style tires.
