i'm a dork. can you explain how to use p3 floating harness

hi all,

i got the 05 p3 and love it. i use the snugride with it and sometimes have put ds in it with the snuzzler.

well now ds is pretty big (15 lbs) and i've never used the harness on him directly (without the snuzzler i mean). how the heck do you do this? i'm having a hard time adjusting it to fit him well and i don't know where that plastic thingie goes once you take it out of the loop. so ds ends up crying b/c mom doesn't know what the heck she's doing!

can you please explain? pics would be helpful too. sorry for my lame question.

Put the plastic thingie on the loop on the back of the seat cushion before putting your baby in the stroller. This just helps you get it in the right position. Then put your baby sitting in the stroller and put his arms through the straps. At this point, I usually lift it out of the loops so it move with the baby. After taking your baby out of the stroller, put the harness clip back into the loop for next time before folding it up. HTH,
