Help me figure out what stroller this is?

Hi everyone. I am hoping I can pick your brains for a few minutes. We were driving through NYC last weekend and I spotted a very cool stroller. I can't seem to figure out what kind it is.

Here is what I remember:

- It has wheels exactly like the Bugaboo. The smaller wheels where in the front.
- It was a forward facing seat, single stroller
- 2 seperate handles (umbrella style, not a single bar like the bugaboo) but they seemed to be slanted in towards each other a little bit.
- It was red

Does anyone know what stroller this is?

Dunno, taking a totally wild guess... Quinny Zapp?

No, I just looked at one online and that's not it. The wheels are exactly like the Bugaboo - I thought it was a Bugaboo but the handlebar is totally different. Now that I think about it the handles look like the ones on the Peg P3.
