I don't know a thing about the Skipper, but I do have a Walk Air. Ours was made in 2002 according to the date on it, so it's always possible there are differences between it and the 2001. But anyway, I believe it weighs from anywhere around 25 to 30 lbs - I can't remember the exact weight of it. It has four fixed wheels, and they're air tires. The seat can be facing you, or facing away. It comes with a boot, a rain cover, and what they call a "glare cover". (It's a silvery mesh thing.) It has a (at least to me) huge canopy as well. The trick with it is that you have to learn how to steer it because it does have fixed wheels. (Provided what you're used to steering is a swivel wheel stroller.)

We've been extremely pleased with this stroller. It's been our "All-terrain" stroller so far, so we don't take it in and out of the car a lot. Now, it is doable - I've actually put it in and out of the trunk of a Toyota Echo, but something a bit lighter is obviously easier to do that with. Because of it's size, it also doesn't have the most compact fold, but it's definitely not the bulkiest one out there either.

So I guess it depends on what you're looking for with a stroller as to whether or not you'd be happy with a Walk Air. :)
