Chariot Cougar 2: How is it as a jogger.

We need a bike trailer and a jogger, and with the REI sale I am thinking of the Chariot 2 with the jogging kit and the trailer kit. I'm training for a half marathon and I will be jogging 3-4 times a week on gravel paths with small hills. I'm wondering how the chariot performs as a jogger with two kids in it.
