I am considering the Instep Safari TT Deluxe Double Swivel,
Schwinn SC905 Double, Safetech Twin Double and the Schwinn Freewheeler 2.

Disclaimer: I know there are better strollers out there but I can't afford them.

I am concerned about the no cup holder, can I buy something to do this on these strollers? I have found a single tray but not a double.

Which one has the biggest basket? I am an overpacker and put a lot of stuff under there, plus purchases.

Do they have a tendency to tip? I will probably get the S*H Duo Double to go on one of these and I am hoping the stroller won't tip if I need to take my toddler out for some reason.

ETA and remove some ?'s: Do they all have seats that recline independently? Or do both seats have to be at the same setting?

Thanks for your help!

Here are the specs that might reveal some differences. I think the website also has narrative descriptions of each stroller that may highlight the differences between the Scwinn and Instep.

I am very surprised I haven't come across this site all the searching I've been doing. Your Double Stroller 101 post is awesome. :)

Thanks Karen!!

As far as the cupholder goes, InStep sells an accessory for their double strollers:

I've really loved having the parent tray on my single Safari TT. I wish they made a larger one just like it for their doubles.

I really like the Free Wheeler canopy much better than the Safari one because it it not attached at the handlebar so you can swivel it to provide better coverage. If the Free WHeeler had been out when we were looking, I'd have chosen it instead.
