Bell vs. Instep 5K Jogging Stroller?

These are both older models (both are discontinued as far as I can tell), but I hoped someone might have some input to share.

I am looking for a back-up jogger (to keep at my ILs house for when we visit). I will want to run and walk.

I can get either used: the Bell for $10 and the 5K for $20.

The 5K reclines (this isn't a deal maker) and I'm inclined to think it's simply a better quality stroller.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated! If you hate or love either, please let me know! :)

Never mind. I think I'm being even cheaper than usual. :) Especially since I can get both for less than the shampoo/conditioner set I considered at Costco today.

I will look at both and get whatever's in decent condition. If I end up with both, I can leave one at my parents' house too.
