question about e3 in toddler/newborn mode

Hi, this may be a silly question, but here it goes anyway. When the e3 is in toddler/newborn mode, do you have to take off the toddler seat to access the baby in the main seat? If not, do you get the baby out through the back opening? I have the stroller, but haven't used it with the extra seat yet.

No worries - it's not a silly question. In the newborn/toddler mode, you don't need to remove the toddler seat in order to access the baby in the main seat. You can very easily access the baby from the back of the stroller. Also, just FYI, you don't need to remove the toddler seat to fold the stroller.
