Looking for lightweight stroller with stroller bar AND extendable legrest

I hate dangling feet! so I'd love an extendable legrest (like in Maclaren Quest or Techno). 13 month old DS really likes holding on to a stroller bar (like in the Combi or Pegs).

Is there a lightweight stroller (12 lbs ish) that has both features of stroller bar and extendable legrest?
