Anyone heard of or used the Kidz Kargo Discovera Tandem?

It is a tandem jogging style stroller and looks kind of cool. I am a little concerned about the weight limit for the seats though.

I've seen this stroller for sale on Ebay a few times, usually for a ver good price. There are two up for sale right now with auctions ending on Saturday. I agree it looks cool. From a quick glimpse, I wonder if the seat reclines fully and if the tires are large and stable enough to handle the load.
