Zippy and Chicco Keyfit compatible?

Does anyone know if the Chicco Keyfit infant carseat can be used with the Zippy (with the carseat adapter?) My local retailers don't seem to carry Inglesina, so I can't try out this combo myself before I buy. (If you've seen my message on the "Places to Go: Carseats!" section, please forgive the redundancy-- this is my first time using this forum.)

I asked this question a while back and was told it can be used, but it doesn't snap in. I think with the carseat adapter strap most people felt comfortable with it. I am planning to use it this way too!
