help in picking a stroller - features wanted

Hi,

I've been looking around websites, baby bargains, etc., and all the info is overwhelming! These features are what I'm most interested in, but I'm not sure which strollers have all/most of them:

fully reclining seat
newborn-appropriate
seat/handle can be turned around so child faces you
prefer bar for handle over umbrella handles
lightweight
live in a city and presently get around w/ public transport, so not too bulky

Any ideas/opinions/recommendations? All would be very, very, very much appreciated!
