Quinny - 4XL vs. 3XL

Can someone tell me what the advantages of the Quinny 4XL vs the 3XL are? I'm looking for al all terrain. Is the 3XL better for long outdoor power walks?

They would both perform well. The main difference is that the seat reverses on the 4 XL. But this also makes the fold bigger than on the 3 XL. The 4XL has a bigger basket, and the 3XL has a wider seat.

What are the wheels like as far as turning? I don't quite understand, it sounds like they don't swivel but they aren't fixed either. I'm feeling a bit slow LOL! The fact that you can turn the handle sounds fantastic to me so I'm intrigued. Thanks.

They're called "tilt" wheels. They kind of pivot, or turn sideways; makes for better stability. The handle does not reverse, the seat does.
