URGENT QUESTION ABOUT TENDER XL

I am asking urgently because I have someone coming to look shortly. my SIL used this and I am selling it for her. how far should the front seat recline?? anyone know? and how does the Peg seat sit in there, its a 2004 model.

NOt sure about the recline, but I believe it should go all the way back. There are 2 pieces on the front that pop off, you can see them if you look and reach under and they come off, and that is where the seat clicks in.
