How to recline Peg Perego Venezia stroller

I was given a used Peg Perego Venezia stroller...when it was given, how to work it was explained...but unfortunately, I've forgotten since then and I've noticed there's a complete dearth of instructions online. I think I've figured out most of it, but I have no idea how to get it to recline. Any help is greatly appreciated - thanks!

I'll try to explain, but if this comes out clear as mud I apologize! On my Venenzia there is a metal bar on the back of the seat coming through a cut out in the fabric. You just pull up on the metal bar and pull towards you and voila, reclined seat!
