Is there a double stroller made that I can use for infant and 2.5 yo where I don't have to have the infant in a carseat? I really want the option of not having to use the carseat all the time.

Thanks,
Heather

Lots of doubles are newborn appropriate...
-graco duoglider, evenflo double if you want the basic suburban mama stroller everyone seems to have
-combi twin savvy and their tandem, the counterpart
-mac twin techno
-zooper tango
-MBUD, Valco Twin, BJCSD

What is the best stroller to be able to go back and forth--use the carseat sometimes and then not others?

It doesn't have a full recline, your call on whether you want to put a newborn into a seat with only a partial recline....

DD's graco POS didn't have a full recline either and she was in it...was that not right? it had the infant insert so she didn't fall over...
