Need specs on the Rock Star Baby Candy or Grand Touring Esprit?

I think these are the same stroller. These are new this year so I cannot find much info on the specs. I really like the looks of it and I like the price. I am looking for a lightweight umbrella stroller that has a deep recline. I had been looking at the Maclaren Ryder but a poster here informed me that the recline is not enough to do diaper changes so the search continues. I don't need adjustable handles but would like taller handles (like the Maclarens). Non-tippiness would be a plus but not a deal-breaker. How is the steering?
