I remember reading a comment by strollerqueen that prams like emmaljuna do very well in the snow. I've seen that Bertini makes a side-by-side twin pram, do any other prams exist that are side by side? Or even any prams that came out a couple of years ago that I might be able to find used.

Emmajunga and Inglesina both have sbs prams... the Inglesina is called a BiPosto and, with an adapter bar, seats can be placed all sorts of ways. Most are really designed for twins with similar weights, not sure how they would do with siblings with a wide weight gap.

Yes, the Emmaljunga SBS prams pop up fairly regularly on Ebay. And they are pretty reasonably priced, too. Emma also made the Baby Bus, which was a long tandem. Pushes great, but more bigger and more cumbersome than the SBS pram. The SBS folds up really flat.

You can sometimes find Simo double prams. I bought mine on Ebay about a year ago and I'm getting ready to sell it. ;) Here's a picture, it's hard to tell in the picture but it's a really pretty yellow and navy plaid:

Stroll Air has one too. It's a Bugaboo double knock-off. Here's a link to a pic.
