Opinions on these or other low-priced strollers?

DH and I are buying some things for a family we have "adopted" for Christmas. They are expecting a baby any moment now, and among a few other things, we are planning to purchase a stroller. My budget for this is around $75. Here are the ones I'm considering:

Graco Spree $79

I can get free shipping on these because I need a few other items.

Any opinions on these, or other ideas around this price for a new stroller? I realize these are not fancy strollers, but I have to keep the budget to this to get what I need to get in addition to this. I want something that is suitable for a newborn up and of reasonable quality to be used indoor and outdoor, though obviously not top of the line, and it needs to be new (though I know great bargains can be found on Swap, etc). Carseat compatibility is not a factor.

I was reading the reviews on the Vector on some other site and they were good... I'm trying to remember, but I think the London isn't a favorite Chicco (maybe that's in comparison to macs and pegs, so it's hard to tell, lol). I think I'd skip the Spree...

How nice for you to do that. We had a Safety 1st Transit Tandem and the quality was very good. It's a double, but I would look into that brand since we had good luck with that one holding up to a lot of weight in it and it was my DIL's only double. I think the Eddie Bauer/Cosco is the same company, so I would go with the Vector.

I know 2 different people who had Eddie bauer strollers (2 different models) and they HATED them!!!

The Chicco is ok but I think it is better suited for a slightly older baby!
