Stroller for 2.5 year old and infant

Hi, I'm currently pregnant with my second child, so I'm researching strollers. My 1st child will be 32 months when #2 comes along. I was thinking about the sit and stand models, as #1 doesn't always use a stroller now when we go in the mall, but at times does need to sit. However, when I walk (on the side of the street), she does need to go in a stroller, as we don't have side walks. I might need 2 strollers, one for walking and one for general use. Suggestions would be appreciated. I have seen the new Fisher Price Stand and Ride, the Baby Trend Sit N stand and The Joovy Caboose tandem stroller. Any insight to any of those would be appreciated also, as I'm not sure which one is best!

Please do an advanced search on "Joovy" or "double." There are tons of threads/posts on this subject - when I clicked on this page, there was one asking the exact same question 3 posts up from yours.
