Valco Buggster Handle Height - Techno XLR Push

Does anyone know what the handle height is on the valco buggster? I'm unable to find that info anywhere. My husband is 6'6" and I want to insure that he'll be comfortable pushing it.

Also, any feedback on the Techno XLR push, is it easy to steer?
