BT Sit-n-Stand? Advice? Is this a good deal?

DD is 28M and DS is 5M. So far we have been using 2 strollers when we go to the mall or whatever. I was thinking about getting a double, but I really want one that will last a while. I was inspired by the orange Joovy Caboose (mainly because of the color which I realize is pretty silly). I just noticed that Baby Trend has come out with lime!

Does anyone have the BT Sit-n-Stand? With a 28M, do you think it is worth the extra money to get the "Plus" that has the actual seat for the older child?

I have not seen them very many places online. Strollerdepot.com has the Plus for $164, regular for $134. Does this sound like a good deal?

I absolutely would get a real seat for a 28mo - you have a lot of stroller time ahead of you. With just the jump seat, she can jump on and off at her whim - do you really want that at the mall?
