BOB owners, how do you keep stroller folded?

Hopefully a fellow BOB owner can help me. Is there some mechanism to keep a BOB stroller folded? IIRC, you can use the wrist strap to keep it closed. I see there is some velcro on the strap, but I'm not sure what to stick it too. I only see the fuzzy part of the velcro, not the prickly part that it would normally stick to.

I actually figured it out shortly after starting this thread. The "prickly" part of the velcro is on the end that attaches to the stroller down by the wheel axle. You just have to make sure that you have the correct side facing out. Then you wrap the strap around the handle and back down to the "prickly" part when the stroller is folded. It's kind of hard to explain.

There's the velcro, but we've always just looped the strap under the foot-brake bar and back up and tied it in kind of a half hitch knot.
