chariot cougar 2 with infant sling

Hi all,
We bought a chariot cougar 2 when DD1 was 1 1/2 anticipating having a second child. Instead we had twins! They are now 4 months old and I am thinking about this summer.
Anyone use a chariot with the infant sling/s?
How horizontal is the baby? Will the sun be in their eyes? Any other considerations?

Me again.
I thought I would add that I will be using it with the stroller kit since the babies will be too young for helmets for cycling.
