Trimode vs E3- what are the big differences?

Which is better? Is either more versatile (I want to use it generally as an outdoor stroller but I may want to put it in the trunk of a minivan and use indoors at times shortly after babies birth until I can decide on an indoor stroller.

any input on reliability or even superficial preferences like fabric. Handle height/ergonomics, ease of basket accessibility? Accessories?
