which one is better for living in NYC w/a 3 yo and a newborn/infant? I think i like the p&t but i'm nervous that either dc will not like sitting in the bottom seat or that it will be all dirty in the rain & snow for the kid in that seat. but i've heard the valco is a bit tippy. any advice?
