Quick question -- Inglesina Twin Swift

I am very close to ordering the 2006 Twin Swift from Allbe Baby ... my question is, at what age can a baby start using this stroller since the seat does not have full recline? I have a 1 month old and 2.5 yo. Thanks!

I started using it when my youngest was 4 mos and oldest was 4 years. The recline isn't flat, but with a snuzzler a 6-8 week old baby would be fine.
