View Full Version : Is there any sort of "ride on" attachment to use with a stroller?

What I mean to say is, is there any sort of attachment that you can add on to your existing single stroller which lets your toddler at least stand on the stroller?

I feel like I may have heard something about this before, eons ago, but it could all be in my hopeful, PG brain...

Thanks!

The lascal kiddyboard is the only one I can think of besides the Swiss Strolli rider and that is a huge attachment.

Here's a link to the Lascal, but I'm sure you can find it much cheaper, I don't have the energy to surf for it, sick preggo stomach acting up!

I think I asked the same question in a thread last year so you may want to do a search, but let's see what I remember:

These first two are add-on seats. I have no idea what kind of strollers they are compatible with and have never seen them in real life. This first one fits on the back of your stroller:

And this one fits on the side of your stroller.

I was also going to mention the Swiss Strolli Rider too. Here's a link:

There are lots of them out now. Some that come to mind are made by Mutsy, Valco, Bertini, Bugaboo, and of course, the original, Lascal.

I saw this in the One Step Ahead catalog.

http://www.onestepahead.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=524769&parentCategoryId=85184&categoryId=85219&subCategoryId=86214

It seems rather pricey though. There must be something for less out there.

You know, I didn't love my kiddie (or was it buggy?) board. It made it hard to push and my stride is not all that long. Dh refused to push it, and on a make it made it fishtail terribly! I ended up buying the P3 with built-in toddler step and the Joovy Caboose. For a little one your's age, you might prefer the Caboose (or other sit & stand) style. It's great for the little one in front until they outgrow the baby bucket. We don't use it often b/c the P3 is comfier for Dd now, but we're keeping it for when she's older.

Thanks,
and what is the P3?

Peg Perego P3 is a stroller with a little step on the back, built-into it. The Inglesina Zippy also has a similiar small step.

BTW, today, my 18 mo insisted on standing on the step instead of riding. LOL.
