Weight limit for Twin Swift vs. Mac Twin Techno

I am trying to decide between the Inglesina Twin Swift and the Mac Twin Techno. The Swift has a weight limit of 45 lbs per seat, the Twin Techno is listed as 110lbs total. I am wondering if since Mac lists only the total weight limit of 110lbs(not 55lbs per seat), is it safe to assume that the Swift can accommodate 90 lbs total, or do I have to keep it under 45 lbs each seat. Ds #1 is already 41 lbs at 28 months and Ds #2 will be born in May.

Any other reasons I should consider one over the other?
