Original English Stroller Techno Classic

What can you tell me about this stroller? Does it have a floating
canopy? Good sun coverage? Tippy? Heavy? How's the basket?

Would this be a good choice for a vacation/second stroller. We'd like
something that will traverse bumpy sidewalks and hold up well for
several years. As well as provide sun coverage while we walk around.

Sounds like a Maclaren, BUT...

There are several versions of the Techno since its debut in 2000. The older ones 2000-2001 were made in the UK, while the new ones are made in China. The earlier ones had foam grip handles, smaller frame and better feel/push while the newer ones have ski-pole adjustable handles, bigger frame. There are also the original Techno, the Techno XT, the Techno classic, Techno XLR, etc.
