Dreamer Design Park Avenue

Has anyone purchased or seen in person the Dreamer Design Park Avenue? Does the seat bottom allow the child to sit up straight or is there a slight recline? I can't quite tell from the pictures online and it isn't in any stores near me. Thank you!

I learned from a retailer that the seat bottom has a slight recline. So, it wouldn't work for my son who demands a perfectly flat seat. It looks like a nice stroller, though. We went with the Zooper Boogie because it was the only stroller I could find that met all of our requirements.
