ISO lockable medicine and storage cabinets

I'm looking for cabinets or something I could mount in the laundry room and garage to keep particularly dangerous things I don't want to trust the finger release cabinet locks for (e.g. medicine, cleaners, bug spray). I'd like something that had or could be fitted with a combination lock, but a key lock would be okay, too. Any ideas?

I've looked hard and haven't found cabinets that would work or if I thought they might, it was very pricey because it seems to be a custom product. A compromise has been a file cabinet. They are sturdy, lockable (key or combination models) and have different drawers to organize things. Staples or Office Depot often have free shipping too.
