I have looked on the back of Kidco Standard Outlet covers (plate), and it says not to use it on GFC outlets.

Can anyone recommend outlet covers that can be used on GFC outlets?

I haven't seen any plate covers that can be used on a GFCI. Some of them might actually fit (for instance, while the Kidco standard plate won't, their Decora plate probably will), but the problem is that the plate would block access to the Reset and Test buttons. And it's important to test a GFCI regularly. Also, it may be more of an issue than just blocking access to the buttons; if the buttons are designed to pop out at all, the plate could prevent them from doing so and actually interfere with the operation of the interrupter.

For a GFCI outlet, I'd just use the standard 2-prong plastic caps. Remember, these outlets are inherently much safer than a standard circuit to begin with.
