Does anyone know where I can get some of the stick on car window shades? We had some of the pull down ones, but the police officers who installed our carseats said they are hazardous. Our Toys R Us didn't have them, but it is a small one (and the person in the baby/safety dept. wasn't at all helpful).

Thanks. Now that the sun is lower on the horizon, DS is very bothered by it.

I got our window film/cling shade at Target in the baby products section.

Thanks. I had looked for them at Target originally, but found only the others. That was a while ago.

I have seen them in Target and the Dollar Store. If you don't see them in the baby area try the auto section.

I found them at BabiesRUs, Wal*Mart and Target. Good luck!

The place I saw them at most recently was BRU. I thought Target had them, but haven't found them lately at my local Target.

Thanks. I checked Target last week and didn't see them. I'll look around at the other stores this weekend.

Walmart has the cute "Munchkin" shades as well as the square "Safety First" brands. They are the type that stick on, either with suction cups or just because of the type of material it's made of. They are about $2-$3 and there are no "hard" parts.

We have the baseball shaped style!

We bought plastic films for approx $3 at BRU. They wouldn't even stick. I should have kept my $3!

We got our sun shades at one step ahead. When the officer checked our car seat he said that they were good. The have suction cups and have no metal bars. I ordered them on their website. Hope that helps!
