DH wants to take responsibility for babyproofing our house...sounds good so far. I appreciate his enthusiasm. Unfortunately, his imagination has stopped at putting in outlet covers. Can anyone suggest some references/sources that I can steer him toward that would show the types of safety issues to be concerned with? I don't want to take over, and certainly don't want to squash his efforts or his enthusiasm. At the same time, he needs to understand that we are not done yet....Help!

The Baby Bargains Book has a chapter on babyproofing - that might be a place to start!

Thanks Lori. I did try that, but it didn't seem to do the trick. I guess its not his media. Something on-line would be right up his alley being an IT guy. Any other ideas?

Here are some websites I have bookmarked:

http://www.bloomington.in.us/~fsa/babyproofing.html

http://www.childsafetyexperts.com/baby/babyproofing.shtml

http://www.parentsplace.com/features/safety/articles/0,,258910_109794,00.html

http://kidshealth.org/parent/firstaid_safe/home/babyproof.html

http://www.parentsplace.com/features/safety/articles/0,,258910_109805,00.html

http://www.babycenter.com/expert/baby/babysafety/9439.html

Most of these have other areas within the site; not just what I specifically bookmarked.
