We bought one, but never installed it because it was too complicated for me to open "under pressure". It was one of those cheap ones though. I think there are some that are easier to use, but I'm not sure how well they work yet. We are still at the stage where I can just close the lid.

We have one and like it. DD started pulling the lid up and playing in the water and we had to get one. Just make sure you don't wait to go or you might get frustrated or have an accident. But it does work. We have the Lid-Lok™ Toilet Lock. Oh just be sure to show the baby sitter how it works.

We love our Kidco Toilet Locks. They were about $15 each. Thew cheapie ones are not worth it. The Kidco one is easy to use and sturdy.

I bought one of the cheap clamp types before getting this and it was a total pain. This is a one button push to release.
