Fingers caught in drawers

Are there any baby proof devices to stop toddlers fingers from getting caught in a drawer. We have some drawers that have their toys in them (so we don't want to babyproof them completely), but something that would prevent the drawer from closing unless we do it ourselves, would be great. Do they make something like this?

They do make rubber things that fit over doors, but I haven't seen anything similar for drawers. We Tot Lok the ones we don't want him to open AT ALL (we also have the finger pinching problem).

If it were me, I would throw a sock over the side of the drawer (LOL) to preveent it from closing until the baby is old enough to understand the whole pinching issue. We have been known to throw a sock over the top of a door when we've misplaced a rubber thing.
