I found this website through using a search engine www.google.com It's terrific! All you need for baby, you, and family. They have large selections to choose from, and you can find many models from last year that are half off. I found a Venezia 1999 stroller at $160.00 compared to $289.00 prices for this year's models. It's worth checking out.

Shipping is free for a limited time.

I also love comfortliving.com. I recently ordered a peg perego pliko bubble stroller from them on closeout for $179.95 with free shipping and no sales tax. The order was placed on a friday and I received it the following tuesday. I also saw on the website a perego milano stroller on sale for $199.95, a combi ultra-savy for $199.95, and a combi savy-z for $119.95. These prices are really hard to beat!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with www.comfortliving.com & would never order from them again!

I tried to order a Colgate mattress back in January and was told they were on backorder for 2-3 wks. So I called in 3 wks and was told they were on backorder until early April. Mid-April I called and they had no explanation, other than "Colgate is a busy company that can't meet the demands of its retailers." I called a local retail shop and a web competitor and they both agreed that this is completely untrue.

When I called back and told them, they said, "Well, then cancel your order and order it from someone else!" So I did, and received the mattress in about a week from www.babycatalog.com.

I got a call back from the Colgate company and they said that this may be a case where Comfort Living is in financial troubles and not paying its bills (and thus not receiving its shipments!)

Beware!!!! Don't waste your time if they tell you something is backordered...

Before ordering from them I would check that the item is in stock (the website doesn't tell you). They seem to have a problem stocking the Colgate Classica and aren't very helpful about it. They've put me off another 2-4 weeks (ordered it 5 weeks ago).

I would strongly agree with the previous post. Comfort Living is fine if the item is in stock, most items I ordered arrived straight away. If they aren't in stock the customer service is awful and they don't let you know when it will be available. The problem is they don't even show you on their website if an item is not in stock, you find that out when it doesn't come. I am still waiting (a week later) for them to reply to my email when I can expect the rest of my order. I would be very cautious about ordering from comfort living.

I would like to first apologize for the inconvience. I am a ComfortLiving employee. Since your notes we have updated the website with current stock availabilty and also have eliminated some items that we have difficulty receiving from the vendor.
Thank you for bringing the problem to our attention.

I would just like to say that I just ordered the Britax StarRiser Comfy Booster Seat from Comfortliving.com and just had another great experience. The seat arrived in just 4 days and they had one of the better prices I had seen for this seat. I will definitely continue to use this site in the future!

I'm another person who recently had a bad experience with comfortliving.com. I ordered a Kidco configure gate and 2 extensions to block off a dangerous stairway. I received the 2 extensions promptly but the actual gate didn't show up for close to 8 weeks.

I was extremely peeved. Plus I also received a box addressed to me containing someone else's order, which I then had to deal with returning.

Use caution ordering from them. They have good prices, but double check the item is in stock if you need anything quickly.

We ordered a 2000-yr model Combi Convenience stroller ($70)during their blowout sale. While I was surfing, another sale stroller disappeared from the website, as if it was out of stock/no longer available. The system seemed to be monitoring the quantities and updating the website.

Comfort Living sent us an email after the stroller had been shipped. It contained a link to UPS, from which we could monitor our shipment's movement. It arrived in a few days and in good shape.

I would like to know if the Fields think I should just give up.

Last week I tried to order a Combi Ultra Savvy in leopard print from webrx.com (which is the same company as comfortliving.com) .. I put it in my cart, was given the total of $148 including shipping (and using a coupon from flamingoworld.com) and entered in my credit card information.

Then the screen said my cart was empty! I went back, and the stroller was GONE.

I contacted them and they told me that the stroller was gone. So I tried again, this time ordering a Peg Pergo Milano XL for $108 including coupon and shipping. I had doubts about it being an XL since it said it was 1999, but even if it turned out to be a plain Milano, I still wanted it. The next day I received an email saying it was out of stock.

I called their toll free number, and webrx put me through to Comfort Living because they said Comfort Living (CL) knew more about strollers. The CL rep was very nice, and told me that they had laid off everyone except for two people at CL and four people at webrx. She said she thought the company was going out of business.

I explained my problem to her. She checked, and sure enough, the Ultra Savvy stroller in leopard appeared to still be available. She said they probably listed the price wrong and then took it out of my cart when the error was caught. She agreed to give it to me at the price I had been quoted instead of the current price of $260.

I called two days later and she said that the stroller was not available in leopard, only in some other fabrics. I requested desert sky, and she said it should be shipping the next day (Wednesday). I called on Wednesday for a tracking number and she told me that it won't actually go out until next Monday because they have switched from UPS to Airborne.

What do you think... does this sound like a run around or are they trying to work with me? I am nine months pregnant and don't have time to fool around.
