Their site is easy to use, their prices are excellent, but their service is appalling. They lost an order of mine, would not respond to emails or voicemails, and were completely unwilling to resolve the situation on the phone. A textbook example of how NOT to win customers. --Erik Bailey

Oh yeah I totally agree with you. I'm all for ordering things over the Internet, I love the convenience and the bargains. But, if I'm having a problem, I really find it helpful to talk to someone on the telephone. If a company doesn't want to speak to me, I find that insulting. Thanks for the warning about this company! - Elizabeth

I used them to purchase a stroller and highchair. My stroller arrived in about 2 weeks but my highchair was lost in transit. I called and they tracked it and resent it to me. It wasn't the best customer service but I would try them again. They were polite and helpful but I expected them to maybe offer a coupon for future use for the inconvenience.
